A 31-year-old Filipino domestic helper was found dead in an apparent suicide at a luxury residence on Peak Road on Tuesday morning.
Police confirmed they received a report at approximately 7am from a fellow employee at the house, located at 1 Peak Road. The woman was discovered having hanged herself in a room within the standalone villa.
Emergency personnel pronounced the helper dead at the scene. Police said no suicide note was found, and investigations into the circumstances surrounding her death are ongoing.
