Lawmakers to get coronavirus jabs next Monday

The government has arranged for lawmakers from the Hong Kong Legislative Council to receive the Sinovac coronavirus vaccines next Monday at the Hong Kong Central Library in Causeway Bay.

Government officials yesterday announced that workers of public service will be included in the priority group to first receive the Covid jabs.

The first batch of 1 million Sinovac vaccines is expected to arrive in the city later today.

The Hong Kong Central Library in Causeway Bay will be one of the community vaccination centers in the territory, which will be administering Sinovac vaccines.
