Bakery moves into Artisan Lab

A bakery has rented over 8,000 square feet of floor space at New World Development's (0017) new completed modern industrial building in San Po Kong.

Artisan Lab is located at the heart of San Po Kong industrial and business area, next to the Kai Tak Business Area and has received a favorable market response from a number of companies and stores since it opened for lease recently, the developer said.

LY Bakery, a popular hipster bakery, has taken over 8,000 sq ft of the fifth floor to expand its business, it said.

Artisan Lab joins Artisan Hub, which was converted into a retail commercial building in 2017 with a "modern industrial" design, covering a full-floor floor area of about 5,564 to 6,889 sq ft.

Meanwhile, NWD's open innovation platform Eureka Nova has partnered with Microsoft (Hong Kong) to help international startups scale and commercialize in the Greater Bay Area by integrating into the developer's businesses in Hong Kong and Guangzhou.
