China Joy Shipping seeks to wind up HNA

China Joy Shipping filed a winding-up petition against the troubled Chinese conglomerate HNA. The hearing is scheduled on August 26. China Joy filed a winding-up petition against HNA in 2012, accusing HNA of debt defaults, but finally withdrew the petition.
