Ocean Marini price list released

Wheelock Properties announced the price list of Ocean Marini at LOHAS Park in Tseung Kwan O, which is the first new project launched after the hard hit of virus.

The phase 9C residential project, including 101 two-bedroom units will be sold at a price, between HK$8.4 million to HK$12.2 million. The price per square feet is between HK$17,006 to HK$20,165. The average price per sq ft is HK$18,853. Meanwhile, the group offers up to 77.9 percent discount.

Louis Chan Wing-kit, Centaline Asia-Pacific residential chief executive expects the first batch of will be sold out as the price offers are attractive. About 70 percent of the buyers purchase for self-use while 30 percent of buyers purchase for investment, Chan expects.
