US, Russian and Chinese officials are discussing a possible trilateral summit between Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping later this month when the leaders attend the APEC summit in Shenzhen, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the situation.
