Diner stuffs face mask in restaurant bowl

A male diner who stuffed his used face mask into the bowl in which his meal had been served in a restaurant in Laguna City estate in Lam Tin had drawn the ire of social media users.

The soiled face mask lies in the bowl along with eating utensils.

Some restaurant employees had noticed the revolting behavior of the male diner staring into his smartphone after his meal, but had not reprimanded him. Many social media users have expressed their outrage at the man for risking the lives of others during the coronavirus pandemic.

With luggage beside his table, he appears to be a worker of a telecom company.
