Strawberry Hill, No. 8 Plunkett's Road, The Peak, has hit the market, with British real estate firm Savills appointed as the sole agent, priced at an indicative HK$160 million.
The investment department of Savills Hong Kong said the house is one of the finest in the development. The property is designed as a three-story house comprising five bedrooms, with a saleable area of approximately 2,903 square feet, and will be sold on an "as-is" basis with vacant possession.
The department said the house is suitable for both owner-occupation and investment, noting that the location is rare in offering both open-sea views over the Southern District and a private garden, and is aimed at attracting discerning luxury homebuyers with its appeal.

It mentioned that the owner invested HK$30 million in renovations, enabling immediate move-in and saving buyers time and costs. Outdoor amenities include a private garden and a two-car garage. Residents may also enjoy access to the development's swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational facilities.
Despite the house’s serene setting, the department said it is just a 3-minute drive from Peak Galleria and The Peak Tower, and about 12 minutes to Hong Kong’s core business districts such as Central and Admiralty, offering a balance of urban convenience and peaceful luxury living.
