SHKP names Tung Shing Lei project Yoho Seasons

Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) named its Tung Shing Lei project Yoho Seasons, offering about 600 units in Phase 1A.

The project is still applying for the pre-sale consent, potentially to be offered in the fourth quarter of the year.  

SHKP executive director and deputy managing director Victor Lui Ting said that Yoho Seasons adds a new highlight to the YOHO series. It is believed to attract a diverse range of customers as it is located in the core area of the Northern Metropolis.

With rising rents and reduced inventory in the market, he believes that the upward trend will continue in the fourth quarter.
