State Residence in North Point to upload sales brochure as early as Friday

The Sky Ace Enterprises launched the State Residence website on Thursday, with the sales brochure to be uploaded as early as Friday, the developer announced.

Show flats are in the final stages of preparation and are planned to open soon.

The project on Hei Woo Street, North Point, offers one- to three-bedroom units, primarily one- and two-bedroom apartments, with additional special units expected to attract investors seeking rental income and urban professionals, to be sold with the assistance of New World Development (0017).

According to the website, the project will be completed by the end of December 2027, with a pre-sale period of approximately 15 months.
