Deep Water South sells two units for $28.43 mn

Deep Water South in Wong Chuk Hang, co-developed by Wheelock Properties and MTR Corporation (0066), sold two units on Monday, realizing a total HK$28.43 million. 

A 577-square-feet two-bedroom unit on the 41st floor of Tower 2B was sold for HK$19.04 million, or HK$32,990 per sq ft. 

Another 377-sq-ft one-bedroom unit with an open kitchen on the 32nd floor of Tower 2A was sold for HK$9.4 million, or HK$27,878 per sq ft. 

Deep Water South has seen strong sales since its launch, with a total of 204 units sold to date, generating over HK$3.76 billion in revenue.
