Eight Southpark puts additional 28 units on the market

Henderson Land Development's (0012) Eight Southpark in Kowloon City has put 28 more units on the market, including 22 one-bedroom units and six two-bedroom flats.

The flats, with sizes ranging from 258 to 351 square feet, are priced from HK$6.3 million to HK$9.05 million, or from HK$23,967 to HK$25,795 per sq ft after discounts.

The project will also launch sales of 22 units on Monday.
