Deep Water South Phase 6A to sell 93 units on Sunday

Phase 6A of Deep Water South in Wong Chuk Hang, co-developed by Wheelock Properties and MTR Corporation (0066), will sell 93 units on Sunday and has received over 1,500 checks so far, an oversubscription of over 15 times.

Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, vice chairman and managing director of Wheelock Properties, said that the US still has the conditions to cut interest rates once or twice more and the tensions in the Middle East have had a limited impact on the Hong Kong property market.

He added that Wheelock Properties has sold 650 units this year, cashing in more than HK$7 billion, and is expected to exceed HK$10 billion soon.
