Wing Tai Properties (0369) and CSI Properties (0497) have completed the topping out of Central Crossing, the landmark joint venture development at 118 Wellington Street in Central, slated for completion in mid-2026 and are set to open Hong Kong’s first Andaz hotel in 2027.
Central Crossing's unique mixed-use development is located in the Central business district that integrates the preservation of its heritage site with Grade A offices, a luxury international hotel, a cutting-edge retail village, and green open spaces, with around 433,000 square feet.
Combining Central's cultural, lifestyle, and business hub, the office tower stands 28 storeys with a typical floor plate of 10,600-sq-ft, where tenants can customize their spaces to suit diverse operational needs and future growth, together with a public space that features approximately 15,000-sq-ft for wellbeing purpose, with 7,000-sq-ft of vertical greenery, over 20 plant species, enhanced water features, as well as a 15-metre-wide air ventilation corridor for optimizing airflow and enhancing outdoor comfort.
The hotel will offer 125 guestrooms and suites and premium options for intimate events and social spaces, along with a retail hub, Andaz Village, to complement the hotel and the district's vibrance.
