Redefining ESG through the power of dance to bridge generations

Taking care of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) is crucial for businesses to thrive. Further & Not Limited -- a social enterprise based in Hong Kong -- is making a notable difference by showing that creating a positive social impact can be both fun and transformative.

Founded by Nicholas Ooi, the organization contributes a portion of its earnings to community health projects, promoting "Active Ageing." By partnering with companies, it aims to move beyond usual corporate social responsibility practices and focus on genuine social impact to move beyond traditional "check-the-box" CSR into meaningful ESG integration.
