Tickets for the third batch of events of the 15th National Games went on sale at 10am Thursday (Oct. 16).
The batch covers 13 competitions in the Guangdong region, including popular events such as swimming, badminton, and basketball (men's adult, women's adult, women's U22, and women's U18).
Tickets also went on sale for wushu (taolu), weightlifting, BMX cycling, canoeing (sprint and kayak slalom), sport climbing, and shooting (skeet).
Members of the public can purchase e-tickets through official online ticketing platforms, including the National Games official ticketing website or the "15th National Games official ticketing" mini-program on WeChat.
Each order is limited to six tickets for the same event session, except for popular events, where the limit is three tickets per session.
Meanwhile, authorities noted that tickets for weekend matches of the fencing event, which went on sale on September 20, have received an enthusiastic response in online sales.
As a result, the National Games Coordination Office (Hong Kong) will adjust the ratio of online to offline tickets for the fencing event.
The office has also reallocated some originally planned offline tickets to online sales for the beach volleyball and basketball (men’s U22) events, to facilitate the public in purchasing tickets for these two events through online platforms.
