An aluminum window suddenly fell from a residential building in Mid-Levels this afternoon (June 29), leaving a man injured by the shattered glass. A woman was arrested.
At around 2pm earlier, the window fell from a residential unit in 12 Mosque Street while a 53-year-old man, surnamed Poon, was passing by. He was taken to Queen Mary Hospital after sustaining wounds to his right foot.
After investigation, the police arrested a 38-year-old woman, surnamed Tam, on suspicion of “allowing an object to fall from height.” She is currently being detained for further questioning.
