Kuaishou plans USD- and yuan-denominated notes offering

Kuaishou (1024) planned to issue US dollar- and yuan-denominated senior notes, with the proposed net proceeds primarily used for general corporate purposes

The aggregate principal amount, the interest rate, the payment date, and certain other terms and conditions of the notes have not been determined, according to an exchange filing.

The proposed notes issue may or may not materialize, the company said.
