Chinese printed circuit board manufacturer Victory Giant Technology is reportedly considering a Hong Kong listing that could raise around US$1 billion (HK$7.8 billion), according to Bloomberg News.
The Shenzhen-listed company is weighing a second share sale that could take place this year at the earliest, the report said.
Founded in Huizhou, Guangdong in 2003, the company specializes in the research and development, production and sales of high-precision multilayer PCB and other products that are widely used in artificial intelligence, data centers, and automotive electronics, its website showed.
Its Huizhou factory covers an area of 236,000 square meters and has over 9,000 employees on site.
