Hong Kong stocks dip on trade war relief

Hong Kong stocks edged down Friday’s open, as investors adjusted their risk appetite amid a prolonged trade war truce between China and the United States.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index opened at 26,263, 19 points or 0.07 percent lower than the previous close.

The tech gauge also fell to 6,012, 0.65 percent lower from previous close.
