The Development Studio – owned by ex-Swire Properties (1972) chairman Keith Kerr – put the last five flats at 33 Kennedy Road in Wan Chai on sale amid improved market sentiment, with three flats sold via price list and two flats for tender.
Its third price list offered three flats priced from HK$11.8 million, including one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 360 to 1,033 square feet.
These three flats located on the 20th floor are originally show flats in the project, among which East and South flats will be sold with a full set of furniture.
Prices for the three flats are between HK$32,819 and HK$34,961 per sq ft, with sales beginning this Friday.
Two three-bedroom duplexes will also be put on sale by tender on October 31, spanning 1,276 and 1,562 sq ft.
