High Court dismisses winding-up petition against Kaisa

Chinese property developer Kaisa (1638) on Monday said the High Court has dismissed a winding-up petition against the company after parties jointly applied via consent summons.

The company added that, there is no outstanding winding-up petition against it.

Kaisa's Hong Kong-listed shares rose as much as 10 percent.

The developer earlier announced that all conditions for its offshore debt restructuring had been met and the plan was fully effective.
