1m night treats handed out

The Tourism Board has distributed a total of one million sets of Hong Kong Night Treats dining coupons to tourists since yesterday.

Each coupon is worth HK$100 and tourists can collect them for free at the visitor center at Hong Kong International Airport, and redemption centers at West Kowloon high-speed rail station, Star Ferry Pier in Tsim Sha Tsui, and WWWTC mall in Causeway Bay. The board will also hand out coupons to visitors booking travel products to Hong Kong through various travel websites.

Tourists can redeem the coupon for a HK$100 discount after 6pm at more than 60 bars and over 1,100 restaurants accredited by the Quality Tourism Services Scheme.

From today until January next year, tourists can enjoy a night bus tour at HK$20 after 6.30pm.

Big Bus Hong Kong Island Night Tour, Big Bus Kowloon Night Tour, and Rickshaw Bus H2K Night Tour will visit attractions in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.

The board is cooperating with about 400 restaurants and bars promoting Taste Around Town this month.
