Topside Residences on Nathan Road in Jordan, developed by CSI Properties (0497), launched its seventh price list with its last 22 units at an average discounted price of HK$25,823 per square foot, 12 percent higher than the previous one.

The new price list offers six two-bedroom and 16 three-bedroom units, with discounted prices from HK$9.85 million to HK$19.95 million, or HK$23,740 to HK$28,219 per sq ft after discount.
Ho Lok-fai, executive director of CSI Properties, said the company will also launch some co-developed projects this year, including The Southside phase 5 at Wong Chuk Hang, which offers 825 homes, and the Yau Tong Ventilation Building Redevelopment, which will offer 748 flats.
In Tai Po, Vanke Hong Kong unveiled the fourth price list for the first phase of its Le Mont property, with 41 units offered at an average discounted price of HK$12,554 per sq ft, 9.3 percent higher than the third one.
Over 5,350 checks were received for 204 units on its first three price lists as of 5pm yesterday.The developer also aims to sell 228 flats for its first round of sales this Saturday.
Sun Hung Kai Properties' (0016) Sai Sha project, Sierra Sea, is awaiting approval for the presale consent and is expected to launch next month.Around 781 flats will be launched as early as the first quarter this year.
The Sai Sha project spans about 8.05 million square feet and will offer nearly 10,000 homes. It is one of the largest projects undertaken by the developer.In other property news, the luxury project Jessville Tower in Pok Fu Lam has sold 13 units for HK$288 million.
