One Victoria Cove launches price list of 110 units on Tuesday

Henderson Land Development's (0012) One Victoria Cove in Hung Hom released its first price list on Tuesday, offering 110 units, with an average discounted price per square foot at HK$18,666.

This batch of units includes 100 two-bedroom units and 10 three-bedroom units, spanning from 339 to 642 sq ft. 

The discounted price ranges from HK$6.38 million to HK$12.15 million, with the discounted price per sq ft from HK$17,365 to HK$20,065.

Mark Hahn Ka-fai, the general manager of sales (2) department of Henderson Land said that the show flats will open to the public for viewing on Wednesday, and are expected to start receiving checks as soon as this weekend, and plans to start to sell before the end of this month.
