Deep Water South in Wong Chuk Hang, co-developed by Wheelock Properties and MTR Corporation (0066), will upload its sales brochure as early as next week, with large units from phrase 6B to be put on first via tender, the Wheelock said on Thursday.
Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, vice chairman and managing director of Wheelock, said that with the positive performance of the recent stock market, mid-to-high-end residential projects are expected to thrive. He believes this presents an opportune time to launch this project.
This project has received over 2,000 enquiries since its naming, including buyers from the Southern District.
Wong mentioned that the group has recorded around 300 property transactions this month, cashing out about HK$3 billion.

He noted that regarding the decision of keeping interest rates unchanged by the Federal Reserve, the result was in line with the market's expectations, as current interest rates are already relatively low. And most luxury home buyers do not need loans, thus not influencing the project sales.
He expects that bank deposit interest rates will continue to decline, funds will need to find a way, and the stock market and property market will see significant inflows.
According to Wheelock, this project features over 100,000 square feet of dual clubs and gardens designed in south of France style, along with seven water-themed facilities.
