Gold Coast Bay's second phase releases price list of 74 flats

The Reserve, the second phase of Gold Coast Bay in Tuen Mun, unveiled a new price list of 74 flats on Tuesday, with the cheapest flat costing HK$4.71 million after discounts.

The project is developed by Early Light International Estates, founded by "King of Toys" Francis Choi Chee-ming.

Including two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts, the new batch of flats measure from 417 to 655 square feet, with an average discounted per-sq-ft price at HK$12,888.

It's expected to begin sales of 152 units on Saturday, among which 96 flats will be sold by price list and 56 special units via tender.

These 96 flats feature two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts, with prices starting at HK$4.71 million. Its average discounted price is HK$12,972 per sq ft.

Besides, some units in phases one and two of the project to be sold will have their prices hiked by 1 to 3.5 percent, the developer said.
