Mong Kok boutique hotel CASA up for sale

A 14-story boutique hotel at 487-489 Nathan Road in Mong Kok, Kowloon, is being publicly offered for sale, with the commercial property services firm CBRE appointed to handle the listing.

The property, known as CASA, is valued at around HK$450 million – equivalent to approximately HK$12,088 per square foot, with each room priced at roughly HK$2.78 million.

The property covers a site of about 3,103 sq ft, with a total gross floor area of 37,228 sq ft, including 162 rooms, three ground-floor retail units, a first-floor hotel facility, and a second-floor cafe.

The hotel is a brisk 30-second walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR station and sits adjacent to a major bus stop serving nearly 30 routes across the city.
