Grand Jete in Tuen Mun slashes $40,000 on two-bedroom units in limited promo

Grand Jete Phase One in Tuen Mun is offering a new HK$40,000 price reduction for four two-bedroom flats on sale, with the lowest priced unit going for HK$4.93 million, or HK$10,528 per square foot.

The promotion will run from September 1 to 30, coupled with a current discount of up to 17 percent on the home price and a free parking promotion.

The four flats are K units located at Tower 2, measuring 468 sq ft, with green mountain views.

The project, co-developed by CK Asset (1113) and Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016), has sold 90 percent of its units, cashing in over HK$3.7 billion, among which one-bedroom flats have all sold out, the developer said.
