Villa Garda's price tag going up for remaining units

Villa Garda in Tseung Kwan O may raise prices by 2 to 3 percent for its remaining flats, according to Sino Land (0083), the leading developer of the project.

This potential price hike follows the project achieving the sale of 630 units in one month after their relaunch as completed flats, cashing in over HK$4 billion.

The Villa Garda project has sold 1,463 flats so far, generating HK$10.8 billion.

In the second half of this year, the developer is expected to unveil three projects, namely the 680-unit Grand Mayfair III in Yuen Long, the 748-unit Yau Tong Ventilation Building project, and phase 13 of Lohas Park, which will offer 2,550 units.
