Ka Ying Rising equals Silent Witness record with 17th consecutive victory

In a historic performance that electrified Sha Tin Racecourse on Sunday, sprint sensation Ka Ying Rising stormed to a 17th consecutive victory, matching the Hong Kong record established by the legendary Silent Witness nearly two decades ago in 2005.

Anointed the "World's Best Sprinter", Ka Ying Rising powered to victory in the Grade 1 Centenary Sprint Cup, etching its name in racing history with the remarkable 17-race winning streak.

All eyes now turn to February 22, when Ka Ying Rising is set to contest the G1 Queen's Silver Jubilee Cup with history on the line. 

A victory would see the champion sprinter stand alone atop Hong Kong racing's record books with an unprecedented 18th consecutive win, surpassing Silent Witness's long-standing benchmark.
