Yau Ma Tei building sheds 8-meter concrete slab, no injuries reported

A concrete collapse occurred in Yau Ma Tei at 5am today when an 8-meter section of concrete from the underside of a window canopy on the third floor of a building at 229 Nathan Road fell, scattering debris near a bus stop on the adjacent pavement.

No passengers were waiting at the time, and no injuries were reported.
