John Lee sends Valentine's Day love to wife Janet

Chief Executive John Lee Ka-chiu, on Valentine’s Day this year, took to Facebook to extend warm wishes to the citizens of Hong Kong, also thanking his wife for the company throughout the years.

In his heartfelt post, Lee reminisced about a memorable moment with his wife, Janet Lee Lam Lai-sim, during a lakeside stroll where he extended a helping hand to guide her across a rough patch of grass.

He said the moment was captured in a photograph and later transformed into a beautiful painting.

Expressing deep gratitude towards his wife’s unwavering support and understanding throughout their journey together, the Hong Kong leader conveyed his appreciation.

"Grateful to have you by my side all along. Together, we will continue to move forward hand in hand."

Lee also extended his warm wishes to the citizens of Hong Kong, wishing every Jack has his Jill.
