The seat availability plan allows passengers to plan where to board.
The MTRC said it will start progressively refurbishing train seats and carpets on Airport Express trains to give them a new look.
"New seat covers featuring the blue and aquamarine logo for the Airport Express line and a grey wave pattern will be paired with synthetic leather headrests," it said.
"As we are optimistic that air traffic will pick up after the pandemic, we hope local residents and tourists will keep enjoying the Airport Express with its new and upgraded features," commercial director Jeny Yeung Mei-chun said.
Meanwhile, the free shuttle bus service for Airport Express - running between hotels and Airport Express stations - will cease operation due to low ridership, following its suspension since April 10.
The rail operator plans to collaborate with taxi-hailing apps instead.
"If a passenger takes a taxi to Hong Kong, Kowloon or Tsing Yi stations, they can enjoy fare discounts for their Airport Express trip to the airport," the MTRC said.
