K11 MUSEA is set to expand its luxury brand portfolio as over 10 leading global luxury brands are expected to launch new stores or expand their presence in the retail landmark located in Tsim Sha Tsui in two years.
Swiss Haute Horlogerie manufacturer Audemars Piguet unveils the newly expanded AP HOUSE K11 MUSEA, offering views of Victoria Harbour in September, while Rolex has set up its latest location to showcase its craftsmanship.
The luxury retail footprint is going to double at the shopping mall under New World Development Company Limited, with brands including Van Cleef & Arpels’ reopening, new flagship stores with extensive upgrades of PRADA, LOEWE, and Saint Laurent.
In August, K11 MUSEA recorded its highest monthly footfall since opening.
Over 50 premium fashion and lifestyle retailers across categories such as beauty, fashion, leisure, and sports have entered K11 MUSEA in the past year.
“Such expansion and upgrade further demonstrate retailers’ strong confidence in K11 MUSEA’s unique positioning, business model, and promising future in the market,” Horace Lam, Chief Executive Officer of K11 Hong Kong, said.
K11 MUSEA achieved sales from international luxury brands, increasing over 20 percent year-on-year this summer, according to Lam.
