China Mobile CEO He Biao resigns

China Mobile (0941) has announced the resignation of He Biao from his multiple positions on Thursday, including executive director, chief executive officer, and a member of the sustainability committee of the company, effective from February 12.

He has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the board, and he does not need to disclose any information to shareholders regarding his resignation.
