Wheelock to sell 108 flats at Tseung Kwan O’s Park Seasons from Saturday

Wheelock Properties said it will start selling 108 flats at Park Seasons, phase 12B of Lohas Park in Tseung Kwan O, from Saturday at discounted prices starting from HK$5.005 million, after securing consent to assign last Friday.

Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, managing director of Wheelock Properties, said the new batch comprises 38 one-bedroom units with open kitchens, 58 two-bedroom units with open kitchens and 12 two-bedroom units with a study and closed kitchens.

The flats have saleable areas ranging from 314 to 537 square feet, with discounted prices from HK$5.01 million to HK$9.21 million, or HK$14,940 to HK$17,147 per sq ft, Wong added.

The batch is expected to generate about HK$803 million in sales, or around HK$727 million after discounts, he said.

The Seasons residential series has sold 1,820 units since launch, generating nearly HK$11.5 billion.
