JD considers issuing dim sum bonds: Bloomberg

JD.com (9618) is considering its first issuance of dim sum bonds with around 10 billion yuan (HK$11.13 billion) potential issuance size and up to 10 years bond maturities, Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter on Thursday.

The bond plan is still at a start stage and may be adjusted, while details such as the timing of the issuance have yet to be finalized.

The report cited later that the group currently has no plan to issue such bonds and does not comment on market rumors or speculation.
