Sunac China says winding-up petition against it dismissed

Sunac China (1810) said the High Court has dismissed the winding-up petition against it.

This came after the completion of its holistic offshore debt restructuring on December 23, 2025, according to a filing on Monday.

There is no outstanding liquidation petition against the Chinese developer, it said.
