Austin Bohemian in Jordan launches first price list of 30 units, cheapest flat at HK$6.5 million

New World Development (0017) unveiled the first price list for its Austin Bohemian project in Jordan, offering 30 units, with prices starting from HK$4.91 million after discounts. 

The batch of flats features one- and two-bedroom layouts, spanning 212 to 380 square feet. Its average discounted per-sq-ft price is HK$20,610. 

The developer said the pricing represents over 15 percent discounts compared to that of secondary transaction prices in Kowloon Station, adding that there is space for price increases of units to be sold in the future.

The show flat of the project will be opened for public viewing on Saturday.
