NWD's Austin Bohemian to begin sale of all 63 units on Friday

New World Development's (0017) Austin Bohemian project in Jordan will put all 63 units on sale starting this Friday, with the cheapest one costing HK$4.91 million after discounts.

The project has received over 600 checks to date, marking more than 8 times oversubscriptions of 63 flats in price lists, said Cannas Ho Ka-yan, director of sales and marketing for special projects at NWD.

The registration will be closed on Thursday.

Including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and special units, the batch of flats measures from 212 to 380 square feet, with an average per-sq-ft price at HK$21,762.

The cheapest flat features a one-bedroom layout, with a discounted price at HK$19,668 per sq ft.
