Chow Tai Fook's executive director Bobby Liu to step down

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery (1929) said executive director Bobby Liu Chun-wai will step down by the end of this month due to personal reasons.

Liu, who has tendered his resignation, will also retire from all subsidiaries of the Company of all directorships and executive positions, according to a filing on Friday. 

He has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board and there is no matter in relation to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of shareholders, the company said. 

The board wishes to express its sincere gratitude to Liu for his invaluable contribution to the company during his tenure of office, the statement said.
