A lawmaker, who wished to remain unnamed, said Leung sent out a 300-word text message to remind lawmakers and their guests to pay attention to their dress code and behave with decorum when visiting the complex.

Lawmakers said election sector lawmaker Kong recently led a tour from the Eastern European Wing Tsun Organization to tour the Legco Complex, including the lobby and the chamber, in their Kung Fu uniforms.
They are therefore questioning whether Leung's message was sent after receiving complaints prompted by that tour.
Another said: "Maybe the president was inspired by Owens being kicked out of the Forbidden City in Beijing."
