Hollywood action hero Arnold Schwarzenegger, 76, was held at Munich airport on Wednesday for failing to declare an expensive watch after arriving from the United States.Criminal proceedings were initiated against the Terminator star and former bodybuilding icon for tax evasion.
He was expected to be able to continue his journey but "the watch will probably have to stay," a customs official said.

Tax should have been paid on the watch because Schwarzenegger intended to sell it in the European Union. The luxury timepiece was to be auctioned at a fundraising dinner for a Schwarzenegger climate initiative.
The bespoke timepiece was made for him by Swiss watchmaker Audemars Piguet.
