Foodies participated in a culinary tour of the continent, discovering top-quality ingredients and developing an enthusiasm for the delectable dishes and traditions of European cooking.
Co-founded by the European Union (EU), the campaign brings together three agri-food consortia: Consorzio Cacciatore Italiano, Consorzio Italiano tutela Mortadella Bologna, and Consorzio Zampone e Cotechino Modena IGP.
Through a partnership with these non-profit organizations, meat lovers can now indulge in beloved delicacies including Mortadella Bologna PGI, Salamini Italiani alla Cacciatora PDO, Zampone Modena PGI, and Cotechino Modena PGI.
With the three esteemed agri-food consortia dedicated to ongoing enforcement and production oversight, every delectable bite delivers stellar quality. Rigorous standards governing everything from marketing to manufacturing guarantee consumers experience the genuine flavors these renowned specialties are known for across Europe.
