The Pavilia Farm III sets new record high for two-bedroom unit at HK$13.45m

The Pavilia Farm III in Tai Wai, co-developed by New World Development (0017) and MTR Corporation (0066), recorded a HK$13.45 million sale of a two-bedroom unit on Tuesday, with both the transaction price and price per square foot setting new records for the layout type.

The unit spans 475 sq ft, translating to a price per sq ft of HK$28,312. 

The Pavilia Farm series has sold 391 units since its relaunch, raking in over HK$6.4 billion.
