The Pavilia Farm III to put four units up for sale on Sunday

The Pavilia Farm III in Tai Wai, co-developed by New World Development (0017) and MTR Corporation (0066), updated the price list for four one-bedroom units on Wednesday, with discounted prices starting from HK$8.37 million.

This batch of units, which are scheduled to go on sale on Sunday, measures between 310 and 359 square feet. Prices range from HK$8.37 million to HK$8.98 million after discounts, translating to HK$23,822 to HK$26,997 per sq ft.

Meanwhile, NWD will put 33 units at The Pavilia Forest in Kai Tak for sale on Saturday.

The batch of units includes three one-bedroom units with size of ​​260 to 263 sq ft, priced at HK$5.55 million to HK$6 million after discounts. The remaining 29 two-bedroom units and one three-bedroom unit with size of ​​381 to 512 sq ft will be sold via tender.
