La Mirabelle I to release first price list next week

Sino Land (0083) said on Thursday that the first price list for its Tseung Kwan O residential project La Mirabelle I is expected to be released next week.

The tender of 254 units will close on Friday, and the tender results will be announced shortly.

The project is co-developed by Sino Land, Kerry Properties (0683), K Wah International (0173), China Merchants Land (0978), and MTR Corporation (0066).
