Deep Water South Phase 6B sell 8 units via tender on Wednesday

Phase 6B of Deep Water South in Wong Chuk Hang, co-developed by Wheelock Properties and MTR Corporation (0066), sold 8 units via tender on Wednesday after putting 50 flats on sale, cashing out more than HK$387 million.

The highest transaction reached nearly HK$79.75 million, with the highest per square foot price hitting HK$47,021.

The 50 units comprise 28 three-bedroom units and 22 four-bedroom units.
