NWD launches second price list of remaining 34 units on Thursday

New World Development's (0017) residential project Grand Austin Bohemian in Tsim Sha Tsui has released the second price list of the remaining 34 units on Thursday, with discounted price starting at HK$4.09 million.

The remaining units comprise 10 studios and 24 one-bedroom units, ranging from 171 to 266 sq ft. 

The 10 studios are priced the same as in the first price list and remain the project's cheapest units. Sales are expected to begin as early as next week.

Discounted prices range from HK$4.09 million to HK$6.83 million, with discounted prices per sq ft ranging from HK$19,183 to HK$25,785.
